• The object of the club is to arrange concessions and provide privileges for its members and to provide additional services via its website.
• The proprietors and sole managers of the club are IO Publishing Ltd.
• Applications for membership are made via the club’s website – applicants for membership must be over 18 years of age.
• The card is non-refundable / cancelable
• We will replace damaged cards free of charge on return of the original (damaged) card. Lost cards cannot be replaced.
• Your card will be sent out standard postage – please allow 7 – 10 working days for delivery

Rights of members

• Members are granted access to an extensive range of exciting offers and concessions.
• Members will have full access to the club’s website and will be able to view the latest concession offers.
• Members will receive invitations to exclusive VIP events.
• Members may invite non-members to events as their guests – (the number of guests will be stated on the invitation and this will depend on the event).

Obligations of members

• Membership is annual and membership fees must be paid in full by credit or debit card.
• A letter will be sent out to existing members at the end of each membership year, inviting members to sign up for another year’s membership.
• Non-payment of fees or bills for any reason will result in suspension of membership.
• Members must agree to inform INOUT Club of any changes to their contact details.
• Members must be held responsible for the behaviour of their guests when attending events.
• Members must adhere to any specified dress codes when attending events and may be turned away if dressed inappropriately.
• Members must produce a valid membership card in order to access concessions and must identify themselves as INOUT Club members prior to any bill being prepared.
• Members must also state their membership when making a telephone reservation and must produce a valid membership card when attending an event.

Restrictions

• Members cannot use their INOUT Club card in conjunction with any other offer or privilege card.
• Concessions are subject to availablility.
• Concessions and privileges do not apply during certain industry peak times. Consult individual operators for further details.
• INOUT Club concessions are only valid for parties of up to 4 people, unless otherwise stated by the operator.
