All the turkey has FINALLY been eaten and the fitness DVDs are on the shelves – it must be January! A lot of people are trying to be good in terms of what they eat – but you can still enjoy good food, especially in a region where there is so much culinary goodness on offer – or, if you fancy a bit of a detox, then check out our competition with the Quay Hotel.
